Executive Administrative Assistant
Position Summary: This is an up to 20 hour per week, part-time, hourly position providing administrative support to Executive Leadership.
General Responsibilities: Partner with the leadership to bring structural and organizational excellence, which will allow the leaders you serve to focus on the larger mission, vision, and strategy of Sage Hills Church. We are looking for someone committed to a long-term fit with a bright, positive, and energetic personality. Since this role gives access to confidential information, it requires someone with a trustworthy track record. This role requires tenacity and includes performing administrative duties, including oversight of schedules, correspondence, vacation calendars, and preaching calendars. Additional duties include excellent communication and follow-through with staff, ministry leaders, and the congregation with specific attention to detail. Input miscellaneous data on the church’s management software, the HUB.

Production Assistant
Position Summary: This is an up to 20 hour per week, part-time, hourly position supporting the Encounter ministry department in producing high quality worship services.
General Responsibilities: Sage Hills Church Worship Services are held to a very high standard and include many different aspects to ensure quality worship services. This position will work directly with the Production Director to ensure all the details to the production are planned, prepared, and implemented for each worship service.
